1/2 Pint of Milk
6 Tablespoons of Plain Flour
Wet the Flour with some of the milk and rub until it forms a smooth paste. Boil the rest of the Milk and pour over the flour stirring well. Cool for several hours – or as long as you can then add the Egg yolks. Beat the Egg whites and add those as well. Beat the whole mixture until it becomes very light and bake in a souffle dish for about 1/2 hour.
Serve with a sauce of your choice.
