2nd April – Dried Peach Custard

Dried Peaches – 1 cup per person

Per Cup of Dried Peaches:

1/2 Cup Milk

1 Egg

Sugar to sweeten to suit

Stew the dried peaches until soft and leave to cool. Sweeten as required. Beat the egg and add to the fruit pulp together with the milk. Beat all together and pour into a greased baking tray. Bake in a hot oven for about 30 minutes.
