1/2 Pound of Apples of your choice.
6 oz Sugar
3 oz Butter
6 Eggs
1 Glass White Wine
A Few Spoonfuls of Cream (I would suggest Double)
Spices of your choice to taste – i.e. Cinnamon etc.
Stew the Apples in a saucepan, then add the other ingredients and mix well.
Note: Although the recipe doesn’t say, I would be inclined to cook the mixture for a few minutes together before adding the cream.
